Technical principle
For human and livestock manure, straw, fruit and vegetable waste, organic household waste and other agricultural and rural organic waste, the use of "pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation + biogas power generation + biogas residue aerobic compost + biogas slurry nutrient solution" treatment process. Anaerobic and aerobic cooperative treatment can make up for the defects of single fermentation technology. The biogas produced is used for cogeneration, grid-connected power generation/purification of biological natural gas, and the waste heat/gas is used for biogas residue drying. The biogas residue was used for aerobic composting to produce organic fertilizer. The biogas slurry can be used for the production of nutrient solution and concentration enzyme, and the application of irrigation back to the field is helpful to improve the soil fertility and achieve the effect of crop yield increase.
Scope of application
This technology is applicable to all kinds of large-scale aquaculture farms, agricultural industrial parks, organic waste treatment plant and regional agricultural and rural organic waste centralized treatment centers. It can be targeted at different types, different forms, different water content of organic raw materials for processing, including agricultural straw, livestock manure, toilet manure, fruit and vegetable waste, domestic sludge, kitchen waste, kitchen waste, organic household waste and other organic waste.
Process flow and description
After pretreatment, the agricultural organic waste raw materials enter the high concentration anaerobic reactor for anaerobic fermentation treatment. The biogas generated by anaerobic fermentation is dehydrated, desulfurized and purified as the fuel of biogas generator set for power generation and grid-connected or decarbonized for purification of biological gas. The waste heat generated by power generation is recycled for increasing temperature of anaerobic reactor and reducing water content of compost raw materials. After anaerobic reactor treatment of biogas slurry for solid-liquid separation, biogas slurry by biogas or power generation waste heat after drying with livestock manure, straw and other mixed after aerobic compost fermentation, in addition to the biogas slurry concentrated into liquid organic fertilizer and nutrient solution for commercial sale, the remaining biogas slurry storage after irrigation returned to the field.
Promotion prospects
The production volume of agricultural waste is the largest in the world. The annual agricultural organic waste resources are about more than 4 billion tons and the total nutrients are about 70 million tons, and the actual utilization is less than 50%. The output value of the industry will reach 360 billion yuan in 2022. This industry is located in the planting and breeding industry, general machinery parts, raw material industry downstream, and located in the organic fertilizer processing, biomass power generation, biological gas industry upstream, is the agricultural ecological cycle, green planting and breeding combination of the link and bridge.
