Technical principle

The eco-degradable plastic technology is a new type of environmental protection material which can be degraded into carbon dioxide, water and organic matter within two years under the action of natural environmental factors such as light, heat, oxygen, water and microorganisms by adding the master material developed by nano-composite technology to polyethylene raw materials. 

Scope of application

The eco-plastic bag series products manufactured with eco-degradable plastic technology have been designated as suppliers of degradable plastic products by the People's Bank of China, Jinan Hualian Supermarket and other well-known domestic enterprises and institutions, and have been exported to South Korea, the United States, Germany, Puerto Rico, Spain, New Zealand, Maldives and other countries and regions.

More than 400,000 hectares of biodegradable plastic mulch has been demonstrated and applied in 28 provinces, including Shandong, Anhui, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Gansu, Hebei, Henan, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia and Yunnan. The covered crops include cotton, peanuts, potatoes, garlic, tobacco, facility vegetables, corn, yam, onion, rice, sugarcane, Chinese medicinal materials, open-air melons and vegetables and more than 30 kinds.

Process flow and description

1. Material preparation: 80 parts of degradable mulch raw materials, 20 parts of degradable mulch raw materials, 2 parts of biodegradable master batch EBP for use.

2. Mix the ingredients well. Add the ingredients to the blender and stir for 5 minutes.

3, extruder preheat, one group of temperature 150 degrees, two groups of temperature 160 degrees, three groups of temperature 170 degrees, tee elbow temperature 160 degrees, die head temperature 150 degrees, after the temperature reaches the specified data, constant temperature for 20 minutes.

4. Feeding production: After adding the prepared material to the hopper, slowly start the main engine, start the traction, wind up, blower, slowly add air, finally measure the thickness and width, after reaching the predetermined data, cut the edge and wind up.
Description: According to the cultivation characteristics of various crops, cultivation environment and other conditions, the degradable mulch products with different formulations and properties are prepared to meet the production needs of various regions.

Promotion prospects
