Technical principle
This technology is an energy-saving technology for steam boilers of large power stations. It combines high-energy physical materials with permanent magnet materials, and adopts series multi-pole special magnetic circuit independently developed and designed to conduct in-depth treatment of boiler water. The treated water greatly weakens the intermolecular force, reduces the latent heat of water vaporization, and reduces the energy consumption when water generates steam. It can increase the steam production per unit time of the boiler, improve the boiler evaporation rate and efficiency, and achieve the effect of energy saving.
Scope of application
Applicable to coal power, thermal power, iron and steel, cement, building materials, chemical, fuel oil, gas, waste power generation, waste heat power generation and other industries of large, medium and small heat steam boilers.
Process flow and description
The core working part of energy-saving device of series multi-pole boiler is functional alloy material. This special synthetic alloy material forms a strong self-excited energy field in the shielding layer. The technology does not change the existing structure of the boiler. The energy-saving device of the series multi-pole boiler is installed in the inlet main channel before the deaerator, and the construction is simple.
Promotion prospects
1. According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, the total energy consumption of the country in 2021 is 5.24 billion tons, and the fuel consumption of all steam boilers is equivalent to 3.5-4.5 billion tons of standard coal. If all steam boilers are equipped with energy saving devices of our company, the total amount is the median, and the annual standard coal saving is up to 120 million tons according to the average energy saving rate of 3%.
2. Take 30MW steam boiler generator set as an example: the annual standard coal consumption is about 650,000 tons. After installing the energy-saving device of the company, the standard coal consumption can be reduced by 3-7 grams per kWh. Corresponding to:
Reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 47,174.4 tons;
Reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by 165.7 tons;
Reducing nitrogen oxide emissions by 145.2 tons;
Reduce slag discharge of 2503.9 tons;
Reduce self-use electricity consumption by 5.08 million kWh (mainly referring to coal grinding, transportation and other power consumption).
