Technical principle

The application of multi-functional scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating water system, combines the trace amount of wastewater heavy metal ions in the wastewater to become a protective film for the equipment, acting on the precipitation process of supersaturated salts and change its crystal form into water slag, realizing zero scaling and zero corrosion of equipment. The circulating water system has aerobic, anaerobic, part-oxygen, super-oxygen and anoxic environments for wastewater treatment. An anoxic environment for wastewater treatment, which can fully degrade, transform and redox the toxic and harmful substances in wastewater such as COD, VOC, etc. The heat exchanger of the circulating water system is heated and the cooling tower is evaporated, which is a natural non-energy-consuming evaporator. 


Scope of application

It is suitable for the open circulating cooling water system of iron and steel metallurgy, thermal power generation, petroleum refining, coal chemical, biopharmaceutical, biochemical, chlor-alkali chemical, fine chemical and other enterprises.


Process flow and description

All industrial wastewater is discharged into the wastewater treatment plant conditioning pond mix, natural cooling, natural sedimentation, scraping off floating oil, pumping clear water on the conditioning pond to supplement the water below the surface at the entrance of the circulating pump. Industrial water is used when there is not enough evaporation. At the entrance of the circulating water pump, multi-functional scale and corrosion inhibitor is added to ensure that the circulating water entering the heat exchanger is protected by pharmaceuticals at every moment. Enterprises install quartz sand filter to reduce the turbidity of circulating water to ensure zero scaling, zero corrosion and zero mud formation in equipment. The water from the backwashing side filter is returned to the circulating water system on clear water after the sedimentation tank is stilled and settled.


Promotion prospects

The wastewater is used as supplementary water for circulating cooling water system, and the multi-functional scale and corrosion inhibitor is added to the circulating water system, and the by-pass filter is installed to reduce turbidity, achieving zero scaling and zero corrosion of equipment under zero discharge is the first of its kind in the world, filling the gaps in the field of wastewater treatment and circulating water treatment at home and abroad. 

This technology has no need for investment in equipment, does not occupy arable land, no energy consumption, no environmental pollution, the simplest method to achieve the circulating cooling water treatment has never reached the treatment effect, enterprise safety production level and production efficiency has been greatly improved, therefore, the promotion prospect is very broad.
