Technical principle

This equipment technology offers the following advantages:

1. The design of homogenization in front of the furnace is adopted. Through the process links such as waste shredding compatibility, tumble drying, and stirring in the silo in front of the furnace, the design of promoting homogenization is realized.

2. The furnace balance design is adopted. The organic solid waste is sealed and fed from the upper part of the cracking furnace, and there is a pressure plate on it, which is burned in layers to control the balance in the furnace, so that the kinetic energy of high and low carbon molecules is increased, the temperature rises rapidly, the cracking reaction is strengthened, and the yield of combustible gas is improved.

3. The furnace bottom is off-axis oval design. It can effectively pulverize the slag to avoid poor slag discharge at the bottom of the furnace, or even block the furnace and cause downtime for maintenance. This design overcomes the drawbacks of traditional furnace types and ensures continuous production.

4. The furnace layer design is adopted. From top to bottom, it is divided into: drying section, dry distillation section, carbonization section, gasification section, combustion section, and slagging section. The temperature is basically uniform and controllable, and the cracking reaction in the furnace is fully stable. The regenerative combustion method is adopted to improve the thermal efficiency of the cracking furnace. Since the waste is burned at the bottom and there is a 6-7 meter layer on top, the flue gas flow rate is low and only a small amount of fly ash is produced.

5. The secondary combustion chamber design is adopted. Oxygen-enriched combustion completely eliminates the production and emission of CO, SO2, HCI and other acid gases, releases heat, and generates steam from high-temperature flue gas to the waste heat boiler.


The above design reflects the concept of energy saving, environmental protection, efficiency improvement and cost saving. Compared with other furnace-type production lines, it has the advantages of processing a wide range of organic solid waste, small footprint, small investment, safety and environmental protection, and can be miniaturized and dispersed. It has the characteristics of low operating cost, good economy, and good replication in market promotion. In the context of the realization of the "dual carbon" goal and the construction of a "no-waste city", it is more suitable for the comprehensive treatment of organic solid waste in counties and towns.


Scope of application

This technology is suitable for general organic solid wastes that pollute the environment, such as waste paper, waste wood, waste plastic, waste polyurethane foam, waste glass fiber reinforced plastic, domestic waste, medical waste, waste tires, agricultural and forestry straw, organic hazardous waste, dry waste or other waste industries.


Process flow and description


 This technology adjusts the structure of the gasification furnace and optimizes the layout. The upper-stage gas with more impurities is returned to the fire layer for combustion through the regenerative gas combustion-supporting system, and the impurity pollutants are treated at high temperature to make the gas cleaner. The combustion-supporting system can also speed up the combustion speed, increase the combustion temperature, make the waste pyrolysis and gasification more efficient, and realize the efficient utilization of waste heating and thermal energy of organic solid waste. In the temperature section where dioxins are likely to be generated, due to the conditions of dioxins produced by the chemical reaction of benzene chain in anoxic combustion, the problem of dioxin-like carcinogens in the process of high calorific value organic solid waste treatment is solved.
     After the solid waste gasification is completed, the non-polar slag becomes spherically discharged from the bottom of the cracking furnace by a special slagging machine to solidify the heavy metal particles, which solves the secondary problem of heavy metal pollution and solves the problem of fly ash pollution.


Promotion prospects

In the 2021 notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the issuance of the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Urban Domestic Waste Classification and Treatment Facilities", by the end of 2025, the national urban domestic waste recycling rate should reach about 60%, the classification collection and transportation capacity should reach about 700,000 tons/day.
On October 26, 2021, the State Council issued the "Carbon Peak Action Plan before 2030" to strengthen the comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste, and to accelerate the demonstration construction of comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste. By 2025, the annual utilization of bulk solid waste will reach about 4 billion tons; by 2030, the annual utilization will reach about 4.5 billion tons.

The project has signed a franchise right with the local government. After the establishment and operation of the project, it can be replicated and promoted to the whole country. The market prospect is broad, and it will help our province to achieve its carbon neutralization goal and promote the high-quality development of our province's eco-environmental protection industry.
