Technical principle

The intelligent dynamic leakage monitoring system includes specific electrochemical sensors, MCU (micro control unit), NB-IOT network and Internet platform. The intelligent terminal can collect the data of the measured point, and conduct analysis, comparison, judgment and early warning. The leakage gas concentration is monitored dynamically in real time. The concentration change is tracked in real time. It can realize the unmanned supervision of the environmental quality and safety of the monitored area in the plant area, the fault early warning of the terminal, the monitoring of gas leakage, etc. Unorganized emission pollution and disordered material loss can be avoided.


Scope of application

This technology is mainly used for real-time online monitoring and remote control of unorganized emission points of enterprises. It is applicable to the production and application of flammable, explosive and toxic gases in petrochemical industry, metallurgy, tobacco, water treatment, food, pharmacy and other industrial manufacturing fields. The allowable ambient temperature is - 20 ℃~50 ℃. The equipment is small, easy to install, rain proof, explosion-proof, low power consumption and wireless communication. No wiring is required for installation. It can be installed in any narrow space, high tank top, flange, valve and other places where VOCs leak easily.


Process flow and description

When the gas at the sealing point leaks, the escaping gas molecules captured by the intelligent terminal are oxidized/reduced in its specific electrochemical sensor and generate current signals. The signal is amplified by the processing circuit and converted into voltage data. The data collected by MCU is converted into real-time concentration value of leakage gas through algorithm analysis, and compared with the set safety threshold value for analysis. After the leakage level is determined, the data is transmitted to the system management platform in real time through the NB-IOT network. The platform records and stores data information, analyzes the leakage amount and leakage trend, and issues an early warning notice. The management personnel will be notified by means of on-site audible and visual early warning, platform and APP message push, etc., so that the leakage can be repaired in time.


Promotion prospects

The pilot application of nearly 100 sets has proved that the actual monitoring concentration accuracy of intelligent terminals in leakage monitoring is more than 95% of the traditional manual detection accuracy, and the leakage detection rate is 100%. According to statistics, there are 22745 chemical enterprises above designated size in China. According to data analysis, among all the unorganized emission points involved, the point with the highest 0.5% leakage frequency and cumulative leakage rate was selected and used as the real-time remote control point. Then, its market capacity will reach 28 million points. The pharmaceutical, tobacco, food, automobile and other industries all have demand for this technology, so it has broad market prospects.
