Technical principle

Medium-speed sedimentation water treatment process is developed by "micro-sand flocculation circulation technology", which is divided into five technologies: chemical coagulation, heavy-medium flocculation, inclined plate sedimentation, degreasing technology and micro-sand circulation recovery. "Micro-sand flocculation circulation technology" is similar to the traditional water treatment technology (coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation) in principle. Coagulant is used for destabilization, polymer flocculant is used for aggregation of suspended matters, and inclined plate (pipe) sedimentation is used for removal of suspended matters. This technical improvement is to add micro-sand, and quickly form a floc with micro-sand as the core. This floc has the characteristics of high density, heavy weight and easy sedimentation.


Scope of application

Widely used in municipal and industrial water supply, sewage and wastewater treatment, reuse water treatment, river and lake treatment and other occasions, including coal mine, electric power, paper making, chemical industry, electronics and river purification. At the same time, it is suitable for underground mine water treatment projects and the construction of underground water treatment stations.


Process flow and description

Pre-settling regulating tank+dense medium rapid settling equipment+sludge tank+filter press device

The wastewater first enters the pre-settling regulating tank, and is pressurized by the lift pump in the regulating tank to supply water to the heavy-medium rapid-settling water treatment equipment. Coagulant is added in the coagulation zone, coagulant aid and heavy-medium fine sand are added in the reaction zone, so that the suspended matter and the formed complex can form "micro-flocs" with fine sand as the carrier in a short time. After flocculation, the water enters the bottom of the settling section and flows upwards, and the sedimentation area of flocculated particles is increased by the high-density inclined plate. After the sludge water is discharged to the sludge tank, it is transported to the filter press by the feed pump of the filter press, the mud cake is transported out, and the pressure filtrate flows back to the regulating tank for reprocessing.


Promotion prospects

1. Strong adaptability to water quality, which can effectively reduce the suspended solids of 12,000 mg/L to below 50 mg/L. It is suitable for various water quality treatments, especially for mine water with strict requirements on the impact resistance of process and equipment.

2. The process equipment is skid-mounted equipment, which integrates the processing unit and the automatic control system, and has a high degree of automation, which can effectively reduce the operating cost and operation difficulty.

3. The technological process is simple and easy to manage, which greatly reduces the engineering quantity of civil engineering and mine construction, reduces the one-time investment, and is especially suitable for land shortage and reconstruction and expansion projects.

4. The process equipment is equipped with an oil removal device, so there is no need to set an additional oil removal process, thus saving the investment cost.
