Technical principle

The high efficiency of microwave on chemical reaction comes from its thermal effect on polar substances. After receiving microwave radiation energy, polar molecules produce internal thermal effect through high-speed rotation of molecular dipole. The thermal effect of microwave on polar molecules is obvious, while the traditional heating method is heat conduction and heat convection process.

The materials in the microwave reactor use the unique characteristics of microwave energy volume heating, high energy utilization, energy saving and consumption reduction, and no secondary pollution, so that a series of physical and chemical changes occur quickly in the hydrocarbon substances in the solid under the effect of microwave energy, and the organic substances in the materials are continuously evaporated and resolved, so that the solid products meet the requirements of the treatment indicators.


Scope of application

Microwave thermal analysis integration technology and equipment are widely used in the disposal of chemical waste salt generated in chemical, petroleum, textile, printing and dyeing, medicine, pesticide and other industries. As well as regeneration of waste activated carbon from chemical plant wastewater treatment, food and other application industries, adsorption of organic waste gas from petrochemical industry, adsorption of organic solvent, adsorption of refined gas and other industries; In addition, the technology and equipment are also widely used in oil sludge treatment, soil remediation, solid waste drying and other organic pollution hazardous solid waste treatment.


Process flow and description

The process includes feeding system, microwave thermal analysis system, discharging system, cooling system and tail gas treatment system. Materials (waste salt, waste activated carbon or other materials) first enter the microwave thermal analysis reactor through the feeding system for thermal analysis. With the unique characteristics of microwave energy volume heating, high energy utilization, energy saving and consumption reduction, and no secondary pollution, the hydrocarbon substances in the solid rapidly undergo a series of physical and chemical changes under the action of micro wave energy, and the organic substances in the materials are continuously evaporated and resolved, The solid materials are discharged through the discharge system, and the waste gas generated by pyrolysis enters the tail gas treatment system for purification treatment, and is discharged up to the standard.
