Technical principle
The sintering flue gas contains a large amount of CO concentration of 7000~10000mg/Nm3, so the reduction atmosphere rich in sintering flue gas can play a good role in NOx reduction, can not spray ammonia condition, can reduce a large number of NOx to N2, at least can reach more than 60% efficiency. Under the condition of a small amount of ammonia spray, the denitration efficiency can reach more than 90%. The amount of waste gas produced by sintering is 750,000 Nm3/h (dry state, 16%O2), and the initial concentration of NOx is 300mg/Nm3. According to the calculation of annual production of 8500h, the total content of CO and CmHn in the flue gas is about 7000mg/Nm3, and the NOx emission concentration is required to be ≤50mg/Nm3. The unit price of 20% ammonia water is 800 yuan /t, and the power consumption is 0.65 yuan /KW.h. Blast furnace gas 0.1 yuan /m3, steam 130 yuan /t.
