Technical principle

Principle of action of wood soaking solution: 

Adopting the working principle of "one wood, one thing, one side", the core technology of cement wood concrete is the research and development of different wood aggregate soaking solutions. 

Different reagents will be used to pretreat wood aggregate for different sources of garden waste and different cement concrete materials and products. Cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and their organic compounds in wood were studied, and the depolymerization and condensation reaction of lignin was adopted. Lignin is hydrolyzed from wood by weak acid. In the hydrolysis reaction, lignin softens (but does not fall off) to cover the surface of cellulose and hemicellulose in wood, so that the micropores in the amorphous areas of cellulose and hemicellulose are blocked. It is difficult for water and bacteria on the surface of wood to enter the wood. Different tree species and different parts of trees are lignin with different properties. Therefore, in the process of use, different wood must be treated differently.


Scope of application

1. Cement-wood concrete can be used as road surface, base and roof slope of cement-wood concrete, wet products and semi-dry hard products of cement-wood concrete. 

2. Cement-wood permeable concrete can be used as cement-wood permeable concrete base, cement-wood permeable concrete products, ecological greening wall, ecological revetment, fertilizer, permeable pipeline and infiltration water storage body. 

3. Cement wood fiber concrete can be used as railings, benches, grape trellis and plates. 

4. Cement-wood plant concrete can be used as river slope protection. 

5. Cement wood mortar can be used as masonry mortar for non-load-bearing walls. 

6. Old concrete made of cement and wood can be used for road and house repair works and old boards. 

7. Cement-wood transparent concrete can be used as transparent ground and transparent wall. 

8. 3D printed concrete.


Process flow and description

The technological process is as follows: 

crushing waste wood material→ soaking wood aggregate→drying wood aggregate →saving wood aggregate → soaking water and wetting wood aggregate → drying wood aggregate in the shade → mixing wood aggregate with cement and filling water to form cement wood concrete 

Description: 

1. Waste wood aggregate has certain hardness. 

2. The toxicity of wood aggregate should be tested for cement wood concrete used indoors. 

3. Shell and granular wood aggregate is flaky and granular, so its cement consumption is large, which does not meet the requirements of material saving in green building materials. 

4. When producing wood aggregate, environmental pollution caused by dust should be strictly prevented. 

5. Wood aggregate is packed in soft bags during transportation to prevent dust from affecting the environment. 

6. Wood aggregate soaking solution shall not overflow, and firmly grasp the soaking concentration, soaking time and the later treatment of wood aggregate soaking. 

7. Before the cement-wood concrete is processed, the wood-soaked aggregate is wetted. 


Promotion prospects

1. Wood aggregate comes from a wide range of sources and is convenient for development. In order to protect the ecological environment, it is necessary to control the development of sand and gravel, which will bring great market space for wood aggregate. 

2. Wood aggregate is a kind of plant waste, which can save a lot of resources for our country, and at the same time, it can play a certain role in environmental protection and carbon neutralization. 

3. The country consumes about 20 billion tons of sand and gravel every year. Nowadays, sand and gravel are in short supply, and materials are urgently needed for future construction. Wooden aggregate can replace some sand and gravel. 

4. Reasonable application of cement-wood fiber concrete can save part of steel in the structure. Cement-wood planting concrete gives the wall and slope protection a green appearance, which makes the air cleaner. Cement-wood concrete is light and soft, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and the structural load. Cement-wood concrete absorbs shock and resists crack, which ensures road quality and alleviates noise problem. Cement-wood concrete absorbs moisture and keeps warm, which relieves the heat island effect of cities.
