Technical principle

(1) Carrier flocculation high-efficiency precipitation + precise MBR technology adopts carrier flocculation technology, which is a rapid precipitation technology.Through the use of continuously circulating medium particles and various chemical enhanced flocculation adsorption to speed up the "growth" of flocculation and the physical and chemical treatment of precipitation, the process is prefabricated with steel structure, which is simple to make, and saves land occupation and operation cost.


(2) The precision MBR process combines activated sludge treatment with ultra-filtration membrane MBR system with high concentration of MLSS, and adopts precise aeration control.In this process, the membrane is used to replace the secondary sedimentation tank of the traditional activated sludge process and the sand filter or micro/ultra-filtration system in advanced treatment.


(3) Control management system to achieve smart water environmental protection, MES various data acquisition;CIO information director, central control room SCADA and portable mobile phone network to share data;So that the management personnel can master the water environment operation and maintenance situation anytime and anywhere, and manage and dispatch the whole operation and maintenance process.


Scope of application

(2) emergency treatment, overflow domestic sewage, polluted groundwater treatment;

(4) industrial sewage with low organic matter content to be solved quickly in emergency.


Process flow and description

(1) The water in the front pool of the pumping station is first pumped to the integrated high-efficiency sedimentation tank through the pontoon pump. In this unit, the dosing and phosphorus removal is completed. The phosphorus-containing sludge is transported to the sludge tank, and the water from the sedimentation tank is discharged to the biochemical treatment unit.

(2) The biochemical treatment unit adopts MBR process to complete the degradation of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen under the action of nitrifying bacteria, and the effluent is discharged to the standard.

(3) The sludge dehydrator, ground washing water and other self-flow into the wastewater collection tank, and are lifted to the inlet of the efficient sedimentation tank for re-treatment by the pump.

(4) The sewage treatment equipment is connected to the cloud through the cloud service platform to manage the instrument control, monitor the data of water yield and effluent index, visualize and share the data and equipment, and achieve centralized management.
