Technical principle

The new high-pressure laminated soft clapboard sludge deep dewatering equipment uses hydraulic press filtration, which greatly improves the dewatering efficiency. The hydraulic pressure directly acts on the sludge layer, breaking through the technical bottleneck in the field of mechanical sludge dewatering, and can reduce the moisture content of the sludge once reduced to below 50%.

(1) Ultra-thin soft baffle lamination technology: a high-pressure steel container and special filter cloth are used to form a variable-volume filter press equipment, and a thin layer of sludge about 15mm thick is formed between the multi-layer filter cloths. filter area.

(2)Super high pressure technology: The soft baffle filter press greatly improves the pressing strength, and its working pressure is greater than 41.3kg/cm2, realizing high strength and high pressure.


Scope of application

The scale of the new high-pressure laminated soft baffle sludge mechanical dewatering equipment is 10t/h, 5t/h, 2.5t/h, 1t/h, and multiple sets of equipment can be connected in parallel according to the processing scale. 

The equipment is widely used in the treatment of different types of sludge such as municipal sludge, pipe network sludge, industrial sludge, river and lake sludge, engineering sludge and stock sludge. After deep dewatering, the moisture content of the sludge reaches below 50% without changing the properties of the sludge. It is suitable for a variety of disposal methods, and can be comprehensively disposed of by landfill, incineration, composting, soil improvement or building materials utilization.


Process flow and description

The sludge is firstly transported to the steel frame by the feed pump, and is laid in a thin layer of about 15mm thick from bottom to top in the frame. The feeding ends when it is fully covered; during the filter press, under the strong pressure of the hydraulic press, the sludge is squeezed, the water in the sludge flows out along the channel formed by the filter cloth, and the sludge solids are trapped in the filter cloth to form a filter cake , to achieve solid-liquid separation; after the filter press is completed, the hydraulic press is lifted, and the filter cake is peeled off from the frame along with the filter cloth to complete the dewatering of the sludge.
