Technical principle

The new high-pressure laminated soft clapboard sludge deep dewatering equipment uses hydraulic press filtration, which greatly improves the dewatering efficiency. Process flow and description

The sludge is firstly transported to the steel frame by the feed pump, and is laid in a thin layer of about 15mm thick from bottom to top in the frame. The feeding ends when it is fully covered; during the filter press, under the strong pressure of the hydraulic press, the sludge is squeezed, the water in the sludge flows out along the channel formed by the filter cloth, and the sludge solids are trapped in the filter cloth to form a filter cake , to achieve solid-liquid separation; after the filter press is completed, the hydraulic press is lifted, and the filter cake is peeled off from the frame along with the filter cloth to complete the dewatering of the sludge.
