Technical principle
The manure is disposed by anaerobic fermentation in fermentation tank. The by products of which the liquid is used to water the branch waste or irrigate the field. The biogas can be used as domestic energy for residents or meet the production and living needs of the project. The biogas residue and fruit tree & garden waste are mixed together and composted to kill pathogenic bacteria and insect eggs in the materials by the high temperature generated in the bio-degradation process, At the same time, the organic components in the materials will be degraded into nutrients that can be absorbed and used by crops, and the organic fertilizer will be produced to replace the synthetic fertilizer, so as to transform the waste into resources that can be reused.

This project is used to dispose the agricultural wastes ,livestock manure or sorted kitchen waste collaboratively.

The project is typical and can be widely used for various agricultural planting wastes, garden wastes, and the coordinated treatment of sorted kitchen waste and aquaculture waste, as well as the production of organic fertilizer. Organic fertilizer can partly replace chemical fertilizer, provide nutrients and micro elements necessary for crop growth, improve soil structure, reduce soil diseases and pests, and apply pesticides. It is a necessary resource and condition to realize high-quality agricultural production.
At present, the annual output of livestock and poultry manure is about 3.8 billion tons, kitchen waste is about 127 million tons, and degradable agricultural waste is about 4 billion tons. The promotion of this project can effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution and bring huge economic and ecological benefits to society through resource reuse.
