Technical principle

(1) Domestic waste incineration feeding control technology

Process flow and description

The garbage truck is weighed by a weighbridge and then enters the discharge platform where the garbage is unloaded into the garbage tank. The garbage is mixed by the garbage crane to leach out the water, fully fermented and then put into the feed hopper of the incinerator. The push grate in the incinerator pushes the waste onto the incinerator grate for burning. The flue gas generated by the incineration is treated by the process and then discharged through the chimney to meet the standard. The leachate generated from the garbage pond is pumped to the treatment station through a closed pipe. The fly ash generated in the waste incineration process is transported out for disposal through a sealed hazardous waste transport vehicle. The thermal energy generated from waste incineration is converted into steam by the waste heat boiler to drive the turbine generator set to generate electricity, which is connected to the national grid through 110kV transmission line.
