Technical principle

Taking advantage of the advantages of fluidized bed combustion technology, such as strong fuel adaptability, good environmental performance, and easy comprehensive utilization of ash and slag, combined with the characteristics of low flow rate and large bed heat capacity of bubbling fluidized bed, a special incinerator for municipal sludge was developed.

Scope of application

1. Independent incineration after semi-drying of municipal sludge, moisture content ≤ 40%, low calorific value ≥ 1000Kcal/Kg, independent incineration can be achieved without adding any auxiliary fuel;

2. Independent incineration of urban sludge after filter press, moisture content ≤60%, low calorific value ≥600Kcal/Kg, appropriate addition of auxiliary fuel can realize direct incineration of sludge, saving the investment and construction cost of sludge drying system.

According to the requirements of "Promoting Green Development and Promoting Harmonious Coexistence between Man and Nature" in the Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the harmless treatment of sludge centralized incineration was promoted, and the harmless disposal rate of urban sludge reached 90%. In my country, landfill was the main method of sludge in the early stage, which took up a lot of land resources and caused certain water and soil pollution. The independent sludge incineration technology in my country started relatively late. At present, imported technology is still the main technology in China, which is expensive. The successful development of domestic technology has broken the monopoly position of imported products, greatly reduced project investment and operation and maintenance costs, and reduced sludge reduction. The comprehensive promotion of quantitative, harmless and resource-based treatment projects has created favorable conditions.
