Technical principle

The technology is composed of food waste desalination, de-oiling, denitrification, desulfurization treatment technology, food waste biological reaction technology, water purification circulation treatment technology and air purification technology.

First of all, the food garbage is sorted, shredded, oil-water separation, desalination, denitrification, desulfurization and other processes, and then the new high-temperature-resistant composite bacteria developed by us are used for rapid degradation, effectively retaining the organic matter content, and finally high-temperature sterilization, and the output of organic fertilizer in line with national standards. In addition, the leachate in the food garbage is discharged or recycled according to the standard after purification, and the exhaust gas is discharged after treatment by the purification system. The entire food waste treatment process is completed within 24 hours in a closed environment, which effectively avoids secondary pollution and solves the problem of food waste desalination that the entire industry cannot break through at present. The reduction of food waste is about 90%, and the organic matter content of organic fertilizer is more than 80%, which ensures the recycling of organic carbon, realizes the goal of reduction, harmlessness, resource and rapid treatment of food waste, and effectively contributes to the national strategy of carbon neutrality.

Process flow and description

Food garbage on the organic fertilizer biochemical reaction: after the material is put into the equipment, sorted and transported to the desalination equipment, the salt in the material (the first desalination) and moisture are removed by spraying, spiral and other mechanical structures, and the material is transported to the biochemical reaction tank; In the tank, self-developed strains are added for biochemical reactions and desalination (second desalination).
Landfill leachate treatment: landfill leachate treatment. First of all, oil-water separation is carried out, followed by solid-liquid separation, and the water quality is adjusted by the corresponding strains to meet the discharge standards.

Gas purification: after the gas is collected at negative pressure, it is disinfected and sterilized by atomization, electrolytic dedusting technology, activated carbon brick disinfection and sterilization, and finally reaches the emission standard after three stages of purification.
