Technical principle


The machine is composed of transmission system, pickup, host, hydraulic system, weighing system, electric control system, walking system, automatic mesh winding device, etc.

The power comes from the rear output of the tractor. The tractor power drives the main engine gearbox through the transmission shaft. The main engine gearbox drives the hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil cylinder and mesh winding motor for packaging and automatic mesh winding, and drives the pickup to work at the same time; It can complete the full-automatic operations such as picking up, crushing, kneading, soil removal and pressing of corn, wheat and other crop straw at one time.

Scope of application

The hydraulic straw feed baler is suitable for harvesting corn, wheat, forage and other straw into feed. It can pick up the standing rod, inverted rod and broken rod after the operation of the harvester; It is suitable for use in various farms, grasslands, paper mills, biological power plants, etc.


Process flow and description

The tractor power drives the main engine gearbox through the transmission shaft. The main engine gearbox drives the hydraulic pump to pack and automatically wind the net, and drives the pickup to work at the same time; The power of the main engine gearbox is transmitted to the pickup gearbox through the transmission shaft, which drives the hammer claw shaft, auger shaft, primary air fan and secondary crushing. The high-speed hammer claw picks up and smashes the straw and throws it to the auger, which is transported to the primary air fan through the auger, and then thrown to the secondary crushing device by the primary air fan for secondary crushing and wire kneading, The processed forage is thrown out to the feeding bin of the baler through the throwing barrel (at the same time, soil removal is carried out).

When the weight of the forage in the feeding bin reaches the set value, the electric control system controls the electro-hydraulic reversing valve to work, and the main oil cylinder, pressing oil cylinder and pushing oil cylinder move in turn to compress and push out the forage. During the pushing process, the electric control system controls the action of the winding motor and the breaking oil cylinder to complete the automatic winding operation.
