Technical principle

The direct filtration process is developed on the basis of ultrafiltration water treatment process, which adopts a pressurized membrane separation technology, that is, under a certain pressure, small molecular solutes and solvents pass through a special membrane with a certain aperture, while large molecular solutes cannot pass through and remain on one side of the membrane. In the process of direct filtration, the aqueous solution flows through the membrane surface under the pressure, and the solvent (water) and small molecular solute smaller than the membrane pores permeate through the membrane to become purified water, while the solute and solute group larger than the membrane pores are trapped and discharged with the water flow to become concentrated solution. Solute and solute groups only deposit on the membrane surface in a limited way, and the direct filtration rate decays to a certain extent and tends to balance, which can be recovered by cleaning.


Scope of application

It is widely used in the field of water treatment, whether it is water treatment or wastewater treatment, or even the treatment of special media, high-concentration organic wastewater and refractory sewage.


Process flow and description

"Direct filtration process" replaces the traditional "coagulation sedimentation+filtration process"
After the underground drainage enters the grit chamber for treatment, it is lifted by the pump and transported to the direct filtration device for filtration. Part of the sewage from the direct filtration system flows back to the grit chamber in a cross-flow, and the produced water from the direct filtration is directly discharged to the water bin. The system adopts air washing and backwashing, and the air washing drainage is discharged to the sludge concentration tank for concentration, then the bottom sludge is discharged to the sludge pool, and then discharged to the goaf for sludge filtration. The filtered drainage and underground drainage enter the water treatment system together. The supernatant of the sludge concentration tank is discharged to the wastewater reflux tank, which is then returned to the original grit chamber by the wastewater reflux pump for recycling.


Promotion prospects

In coal mining, mine water is usually regarded as an associated resource for comprehensive utilization, and the research on mine water treatment utilization in China is still in the primary stage. Most mines generally adopt the technology of underground precipitation and secondary treatment of sewage in the well. In the flocculation precipitation treatment stage, the dosage of chemicals is high and the treatment cost is high, which has a significant impact on the subsequent advanced treatment and human health. The direct filtration technology solves the problem of traditional membrane scaling, and it doesn't need to add flocculation and sedimentation agents, which eliminates the secondary pollution of agents to water quality, overcomes the technical problem of mine water treatment without adding agents, and is conducive to improving the utilization rate and resource utilization level of mine water in coal industry.
