Technical principle
"Premix flow solidified recycled mix" is a new type of foundation pit backfilling mixed material which is made of recycled construction waste materials, cementitious materials and water mixed through a mixer. It has the characteristics of good fluidity, strong permeability resistance, anti-shrinkage, anti-cracking, earthquake resistance, vibration free, and pumping chute. It can form a curing material with certain strength after casting and maintenance on site. Its strength grade can be prepared by test according to the design and construction requirements, and it is also a new technology to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
Scope of application
It is used for backfilling works including the foundation groove of municipal pipe corridor, the buried backfilling of municipal pipe network, the backfilling of deep foundation pit of buildings, and the backfilling of narrow or irregular space.
Process flow and description
Firstly, the low carbon and high ammonia wastewater was put into the aerobic zone of the air-lift reflux integrated reactor, and the dissolved oxygen in the aerobic zone was controlled to be about 0.5-1mg/L, and part of ammonia nitrogen was converted into nitrite under the action of nitrosation membrane in the aerobic zone. Then, the effluent from the aerobic zone enters the anaerobic zone, and under the action of anammox granular sludge, the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in the wastewater are converted to nitrogen. The mixture of mud and water separates solid and liquid in the precipitation area. Then part of the effluent is returned to the aerobic zone through the air-lift reflux system to dilute the high ammonia concentration of the inffluent water. Another part of the effluent flows out of the reactor and into the deep denitrification system.
