Technical principle

The intelligent integrated precast pump station technology is an efficient, energy-saving and intelligent precast pump station that provides potential energy and pressure energy for water by water pump to solve the problem of drainage, irrigation and sewage under the condition of no self-flow. It is composed of top cover, glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) cylinder, base, submersible pump, pipeline, intelligent control system and other parts to meet the requirements of pressurization and drainage equipment. Combined with the self-developed intelligent water cloud platform, intelligent management and control and remote operation and maintenance are realized.

Process flow and description

The main body of the integrated precast pump station is composed of cylinder, inlet grille, water pump, pipe, valve, control system and ventilation system. The source water outside the prefabricated pump station is treated by the inlet through the inlet grille assembled in the cylinder body and then enters into the cylinder body. The pump in the integrated prefabricated pump station is assembled on the system composed of pipes and valves by moving the self-coupling guide rod. The pump is started to deliver the water to the predetermined location through the piping system, and the control system in the pump station is controlled by sensing.
