Technical principle

"Wall breaking and adsorption method": 1. Using the unique mechanical structure developed.The domestic sludge with a water ratio of 40% - 80% can be quickly dispersed, so that the combined water in the sludge can quickly become free water. The coal gangue powder can be used to quickly absorb free water, and the coal gangue powder and sludge can be treated into small scattered granular and silty organic soil through mixing and stirring equipment; 2. The corresponding treatment agent shall be added in the treatment process. Its functions and effects are: (1) rapid deodorization; (2) "Breaking the wall" improves the efficiency of changing combined water into free water; (3) Insecticidal, egg and germ removal; (4) Removal, reduction and passivation of heavy metals.

Scope of application

1. Organic soil is prepared from domestic sludge, coal gangue powder and fly ash. 

2. Brick factory directly mixes domestic sludge with a specific moisture content ≤ 80% to make bricks. 

3. The cement plant directly mixes domestic sludge with water content ≤ 80% to produce cement. 

4. Thermal power plants directly mix domestic sludge with water content ≤ 80% into pulverized coal for power generation. 

5. Large amount of solid waste is used as resource to treat sludge with water content ≤ 80% (sludge, sludge, mud, etc.).

Process flow and description

1. The domestic sludge is a semi closed bin, and the coal gangue powder and treatment agent are respectively equipped with a closed bin.           

2. Domestic sludge, coal gangue powder and treatment agent enter the "system" through closed conveying device respectively, and after about one minute, the sparse and scattered organic soil is output from the "system".

3. There is no waste water, waste gas and dust discharged after the whole treatment, which is energy-saving and environmental protection.

4. Intelligent detection of moisture content and weight of sludge, coal gangue powder, treatment agent and organic soil; Intelligently control the proportion of sludge, coal gangue powder and treatment agent.

Promotion prospects

Domestic sludge and coal gangue are facing difficulties in resource utilization! The national stock of coal gangue is 6 billion tons, with an annual increase of 700 million tons; The annual output of domestic sludge is 80 million - 100 million tons; In the Master Plan for Major Projects of National Important Ecosystem Protection and Restoration (2021-2035), there is about 1.7 billion mu of ecological restoration area, which requires 100 million tons of organic soil; 1. Large amount of solid wastes are used to treat sludge with water content ≤ 80%. This technology has low cost, fast treatment speed and high benefit; 2.
