Technical principle

It includes technologies such as ground penetrating radar, vehicle mounted drilling rig direct push drilling sampling, laboratory platform, rapid detection, multimedia monitoring, in-situ injection repair, and vehicle mounted soil VOC detection system.

1. The vehicle mounted soil VOC detection system is used to measure the total amount of pollutants and pollution factors in the soil. The MIP sampling method avoids the complicated sample pretreatment process in the traditional soil VOC detection.It has high efficiency, convenience, accuracy and timeliness of data. The system has two modes of pollutant screening and characteristic factor detection, and the sample pipeline is switched through two position three-way valve.Among them, the screening mode adopts quantitative ring sampling, and the total amount of non methane total hydrocarbons and total electronegative pollutants are detected by FID and ECD detectors. The sample analysis cycle is about 1 min, so as to achieve the purpose of sample screening.

2. In situ injection repair technology refers to the technology of low disturbance drilling of hollow injection drill pipe and injection drill bit into the underground polluted area with the help of the gravity and impact hammer of the direct push drill rig, then the direct push drill rig uses its own hydraulic system to provide power to the injection pump, and the repair agent is pressurized into the hollow drill pipe through the injection pump and injected into the underground water to be repaired at the injection drill bit to repair the polluted underground water.

3. The direct push drilling sampling technology of on-board drilling rig refers to that the drill rod with sampler and sensor is driven, impacted or vibrated into the stratum by the direct push drilling rig to quickly collect representative soil, soil gas and groundwater samples.

4. Rapid detection technology refers to the configuration of GC-MS portable headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometer, portable soil redox potential detector and other instruments according to the actual work needs to rapidly determine the basic property parameters of soil and water samples and retrograde; Configure a biological toxicity detector to qualitatively detect the biological toxicity of samples to judge the harm of complex pollutants; Configure a groundwater parameter tester to monitor the pH value, dissolved oxygen, temperature, redox potential and conductivity of groundwater in real time.


Scope of application

(1)Investigation on land use of enterprises in key industries(Cycle: once every ten years, lasting 1-2 years; Drilling rig + refrigeration system + cleaning system):Enterprises in production and sites left over.

(2)Site environmental survey(Drilling rig + semi permeable membrane real-time detection technology of organic pollutants + refrigeration system + cleaning system):Heavy metal, organic, organic heavy metal compound pollution site.

(3)Emergency monitoring and disposal of pollution accidents:In case of heavy metal pollution and organic pollutant events, rapid control of emergency events (blocking and covering), rapid detection of pollution, and rapid site repair and disposal can be carried out.


Process flow and description


Ep3080 workstation is equipped with meteorological monitoring equipment, atmospheric dust collection equipment, water quality online monitoring system and vehicle mounted membrane interface detection system. It can realize in-situ real-time detection of gas, water and soil, and transmit the collected data to the information management system through wireless to generate visual analysis and help make quick decisions.
