Technical principle

This project focuses on key technologies such as biomass solid waste processing into standard raw materials, oxygen-enriched coupled microwave physical field high-efficiency catalytic gasification, fluidized bed-fixed bed integration, steam-assisted high-efficiency gasification and fully-enclosed wet ash discharging, and develops a complete set of fixed-bed gasifier devices and supporting equipment with independent intellectual property rights, in which straw, chaff and waste wood are used as raw materials, and high-temperature cracking and microwave cracking are combined. The equipment has the advantages of high gasification efficiency, low tar content of fuel gas, etc. The produced combustible gas can be used in ceramic kilns and industrial boilers, and the generated ash and waste liquid can be prepared into soil improvers, organic fertilizers and building materials, respectively, with little environmental pollution. Related achievements passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements organized by China Machinery Industry Federation in Beijing in 2017, and its key technologies reached the international advanced level. The related technology has won 6 national invention patents.


Scope of application

This technology is mainly divided into two parts: biomass gasification and organic fertilizer production. The applicable raw materials for biomass gasification are mainly agricultural and forestry wastes, including various straws, rice hulls, bagasse, branches, bark, shavings, sawdust, industrial wastes, etc., and the water content is required to be less than 20%. Biomass gas is applicable to users who need heat energy and electric energy. Suitable raw materials for organic fertilizer production include the above raw materials, livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, etc., as well as ash and biological liquid produced by gasification furnace. Product organic fertilizer is suitable for agriculture and forestry.

This project can be used in kiln, heating, heating and other industries, and is a renewable, environment-friendly and clean green energy. The technical equipment has three characteristics: first, the complete set of equipment has sufficient flexibility, and the scale can be large or small; Secondly, it is clean, which solves the pollution problem of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and industrial wastes, and has no pollutant emission in the production process; Third, it is economical. The project uses renewable waste, produces clean energy and environmental protection materials, is green and economical, and has good economic benefits.
