Technical principle

The basic principle of this technology is to treat dead livestock and poultry with high temperature and high pressure drying method .
The crushed material is transported to the receiving hopper through the sealed screw conveyor, and then sent to the high-temperature and high-pressure processing cooker through the special conveying pump for animal residues and the closed conveying pipeline. This treatment technology adopts the drying method recommended in the China "Technical Specifications for the Harmless Treatment of Dead and Diseased Animals". After the material enters the cooker, it is heated and boosted by the high temperature steam generated by the gas boiler (indirect heating, the steam does not contact the material). The material are maintained for 30min with required pressure and temperature, and then it will be dried adopting low-temperature vacuum drying method for 2.5~4 hours. The steam released in the cooker is treated by the condenser .The waste gas is sent to the waste gas treatment system by the fan. The condensed water is pumped to the sewage treatment system for treatment. The whole process adopts PLC intelligent control system, with a completely closed process which not require any personnel direct contact.

The principle of high temperature sterilization and dehydration process: Dead animals are heat sterilized, dehydrated and dried through the fat contained in the cooker. The final by-products are oils and meat & bone meal with resource recycling utilization value .

Dead livestock and poultry carcasses, slaughtering waste, animal products confiscated by customs, animal products in circulation, etc.

Process flow and description

Agricultural solid wastes such as dead livestock and poultry are crushed first. After crushing, it is pumped into the cooker with high temperature and high pressure drying process. After the process in the cooker is completed, it will be pressed to separate oil and meat & bone meal. The waste water and waste gas in the whole process are collected to treat and discharge up to the standard.

Promotion prospects

Construction of harmless treatment projects for agricultural solid waste such as dead livestock and poultry can prevent the casual disposal of dead livestock and poultry from polluting the environment,  and prevent the flow of dead livestock and poultry to the dining table and cause food safety incidents, thereby ensuring the health of the people; at the same time, it can prevent the spread of animal diseases , to ensure the safety of animal-derived food and the healthy development of animal husbandry. In addition, according to the overall plan of our company, the resources of downstream by-products will be extended, and an organic fertilizer processing center will be developed and constructed to process all meat & bone meal into high-grade organic fertilizer,  to truly realize resource utilization and reduction.
