Technical principle

Process flow and description
The biogas inlet pressure is 1.2kPa, the inlet temperature is ~40℃, the methane content is 60.5%, the carbon dioxide content is 38%, and the H2S content is 0.2%; The raw gas is pressurized by the blower and then enters the wet desulfurization system, where the H2S is removed to below 50ppm. The desulfurized biogas is pressurized to 0.3MPa and enters the PSA-CO2 section of the device. The concentrated CH4-rich gas is obtained by pressure swing adsorption, which is converted into the hydrogen production section. In the reforming section, CH4 and water vapor undergo a reforming reaction to generate hydrogen-rich gas, which enters into pressure swing adsorption after heat exchange, cooling, separation and other sections; The qualified product hydrogen is obtained at the top of the adsorption tower through pressure swing adsorption purification, and the desorbed gas is released at the bottom of the tower, which is converted into the hydrogen production section as fuel after buffering and pressure stabilization. Part of the product hydrogen is pressurized to 20MPa by the compressor to fill the long-tube trailer, and part of it is transported to the hydrogen refueling station customer through the pipeline.
