Technical principle
The RTO technology uses the regenerative incinerator to treat the organic flue gas in the carbon industry at high temperature for decomposing it into CO2 and water, while storing the heat in the heat accumulator to heat the imported cold fume, which plays a role in energy saving.

Applicable for organic fume/flue gas treatment in carbon industry.
Process flow and description
High concentration pitch fume from pitch melting tank or pitch storage tank enters RTO system after pretreatment measures, decomposes under the action of natural gas, and then exhausts to the atmosphere through induced draft fan. The heat generated by natural gas in the TRO is stored in the regenerator to preheat the flue gas at the inlet, so as to save natural gas consumption.
Promotion prospects
According to the environmental emission requirements, the organic waste gas in the carbon industry shall be thoroughly treated by means of RTO technology. At present, in view of the fact that the productions process of pitch storage tank, forming section and pitch melting section in the carbon industry, has not yet widely equipped with complete environmental protection facilities, thus, this TRO technology has broad application prospects.
