The Secretary General of the Working Committee and the Leaders of Nanjing National Agricultural High Tech Zone paid a visit to the Dutch Embassy in China
The delegation headed by Shi Xiang, Secretary General of "the Belt and Road" Eco-Industry Cooperation Working Committee of the All China Environment Federation and Liu Renxiang, Deputy Head of Lishui District People's Government of Nanjing, visited the Dutch Embassy in China. Agricultural Counsellor Bart Pauwels and Ms. Lin Manrui of the Dutch Embassy in China welcomed the delegation.
Secretary General Shi Xiang introduced the development history and vision of the All China Environment Federation and the basic information of the “Belt and Road Eco-Industry Cooperation Working Committee" to be established. In the future, the platform will be used to actively develop multilateral relations and promote the international cooperation of the green "Belt and Road". At the same time, Director Shi Xiang sent an invitation to the Dutch Embassy in China to hold a series of activities such as the "Belt and Road Economic and Environmental Cooperation Forum" in the future.
Liu Renxiang, Deputy Head of Lishui District People's Government of Nanjing, introduced the general situation of the high-tech industry demonstration zone, added that the development of the Netherlands in the field of ecological agriculture ranks among the top in the world. We are eager to conduct in-depth exchanges and cooperation with Netherlands in ecological agriculture and facility agriculture.
Counselor Bart Pauwels said that the Dutch Embassy in China has always maintained close cooperation with Chinese governments and non-governmental organizations at all levels, and the embassy also has an office in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The Dutch Embassy will work with us to expand and deepen international cooperation between China and the Netherlands in ecological agriculture, water treatment, renewable energy and private NGOs.
