Leaders of the Working Committee visited the Embassy of Belarus in China

On the afternoon of June 1, 2021, the delegation headed by Shi Xiang, Secretary General of "the Belt and Road" Eco-Industry Cooperation Working Committee of the All China Environment Federation paid a visit to the Embassy of Belarus in China. Mr. Dmitri, Minister Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of Belarus in China, and the head of the investment and Trade Office of the Embassy in China warmly received and welcomed the delegation.

Secretary General Shi Xiang said that we will make full use of the advantages of the platform to tell the world the story of China's environmental protection and promote international exchanges and cooperation between Chinese ecological environmental protection enterprises and countries along the Belt and Road.

Mr. Dmitri said that Belarus attaches great importance to the field of ecological and environmental protection both at the government and the non-governmental organizations level. At the same time, he said that many of China's experiences in the field of ecological and environmental protection are worth promoting and learning from around the world. Belarus expressed its willingness to cooperate with China in the field of ecological and environmental protection.

Secretary General Shi Xiang formally sent an invitation to the Belarusian Embassy in China to participate in a series of activities such as the "the Belt and Road economic and Environmental Cooperation Forum". The Embassy of Belarus in China is pleased to accept and will actively participate in and support the series of activities hosted by our committee, and will put this matter on the official agenda of the embassy.

The two sides said that we will work together in the field of ecological and environmental protection to jointly safeguard the stable development of the world's ecological environment.
